这对老夫妇是许志成（81岁）及陈翠芳（81岁），来自大山脚，陈翠芳也患有高血压，许志成身体状况向来健康。
他们是去年双脚突然出现麻痹，行动不便，需坐轮椅。目前他们每月进行两次中医针灸，每次100令吉。
他们育有一名50岁的女儿，女儿已婚有家室，目前在一家旅行社负责行政工作。两老与女儿住在一起，由女儿照顾。
七里香接获求助后派员往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给他，以减轻其医药负担。
支票由本会执行秘书黄国伦代表给许志成。
