中年男子谢明祥在2023年因糖尿病恶化导致视力模糊，他因病无法工作，没有了收入。不料，他今年3月身体感到不适，被送入院，他肺部积水，需要洗肾保命。
谢明祥（50岁）来自北海，是单身汉。他2022年发现身体不适，于是前往政府医院检查，医生诊断他患上糖尿病、高血压及胆固醇，需要定时吃药控制病情，一年后糖尿病病情恶化，导致他视力出现模糊。
如今他每星期需要洗肾三次，谢明祥在四名兄弟姐妹中排行第二，他患病前是拉电工人，如今无法工作，生活起居靠姐姐谢艺琴（51岁，单身）帮忙照料。
七里香接获求助后派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出1000令吉给他，以减轻其医药负担。
支票由本会执行秘书黄国伦代表移交给谢明祥。
CHEAH BENG SIANG (50 years old，single), the worsening of diabetes caused blurred vision in year 2023. He was unable to work due to illness and had no income. Unexpectedly, he felt unwell in March this year and was sent to hospital. He had water in his lungs and needed kidney dialysis to save his life.
He is the second among four brothers and sisters. He was an electrician before he fell ill. Now he is unable to work and relies on his 51 years old sister ( single) to help take care of him for daily living.
Qi Li Xiang Charity allocated RM1000 （medical assistance） to him for reduce medical burden.
