她与丈夫没有孩子，丈夫是能力差异者。为了赚取生活费，她当起载送学生的司机。

七里香接获求助派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给杨瑞卿，以减轻其医药负担。

THE QI LI XIANG CHAIRTY PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO THE POOR AND SICK PATIENT

NEOH SWEE KENG (61 years old ), from Bukit Mertajam, she accidentally fell while working in April this year and injured his right hand. It took a period of treatment to recover.

She is the driver of a bus that transports students. She fell down and injured her right hand and felt pain in the wound that night, so she went to the clinic for a scan. The scan showed that her right hand was dislocated. She later went to a government hospital for examination.

She has no children with her husband, who is disabled. In order to earn living expenses, she worked as a driver to transport students.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.
