林莲花（68岁）来自北海。她是去年被医生诊断坐骨神经受压，脊椎也出现疼痛。
她告知，目前医生给她止痛药服用，每星期做推拿及物理治疗，每次费用90令吉。
她早前是洗碗工人，患上病痛后再也无法工作，家中尚有82岁丈夫张俊贤。
她与丈夫育有2名孩子，儿子在5年前病逝，女儿远嫁柔佛，有家庭负担。
七里香接获求助派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给林莲花，以减轻其医药负担。

LIM LIAN HUA （68 years old) from Butterworth. She was suffered from compression of the sciatic nerve, which made her unable to move and work.
She was diagnosed with sciatic nerve compression by a doctor last year and had pain in her spine. She said that the doctor currently gave her painkillers to take, and she had massage and physical therapy every week.
She used to be a dishwasher, but after suffering from the disease, she could no longer work. She still has her 82-year-old husband at home.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.
