七里香接获求助派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给陈存发，以减轻其医药负担。

TAN CHONG HUAT (61 years old) from Jelutong. He was diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer in October last year. He has completed chemotherapy and is waiting for the doctor to schedule surgery. He is unable to work and is in financial difficulties.
He has completed 28 chemotherapy sessions. He also suffers from heart disease. He and his wife have a 29-year-old daughter who suffers from mental illness and has lived in a nursing home for a long time.
TAN’ was previously a construction worker, and the couple currently live in his father-in-law’s house.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.
