老翁洪文华在3年前轻微中风，不料今年6月他再次中风，情況严重，失去行动能力，也无法自理，目前入住疗养院。
洪文华（62岁）来自大山脚。他是突然发羊癫，右边肢体无法动弹，失去行动能力，其女伴为了赚取生活费，只好把他送入疗养院。
他早前是一名散工，收入不稳定，他中风后再也无法工作，没有经济来源，目前全靠女伴工作赚取生活费。其女伴是在一家海鲜店工作，月薪1500令吉。福利部援助500令吉给他。他需要善心人士捐助奶粉和纸尿片。
七里香接获求助派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给，以减轻其医药负担。
THE QI LI XIANG CHARITY PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO THE POOR AND SICK PATIENT
ANG BOON HOWA (62 years old, single), from Bukit Mertajam. He suffered a minor stroke three years ago. Unexpectedly, he suffered another stroke on June this year. His condition was serious and he lost the ability to move and could not take care of himself. He is currently living in a nursing home.
He used to be a casual worker with unstable income. After his stroke, he can no longer work and has no source of income. Currently, he relies on his female friend to earn living expenses. His female companion works in a seafood restaurant with a monthly salary of RM1,500.
He needs donations of milk powder and diapers from kindhearted people.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.
