老翁郑明发三年前中风行动不便卧床，过后患上肾病，每星期需要洗肾三次，庞大的医药费对家人造成负担，经济陷困，因此对外求助。
郑明发（63岁）来自大山脚，他患有多年的糖尿病、胆固醇、高血压、以及曾经进行心脏手术。
他与太太陈玉妹育有4名孩子，孩子们工作收入低微。其太太陈玉妹目前在巴刹贩卖经济炒米粉，帮补家里经济。
七里香接获求助派员前往家访，经过了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给，以减轻其医药负担。
Description:
TEAH BENG HUAT (63 years old) from Bukit Mertajam, He has suffered a stroke and became bedridden 3 years ago. He later developed kidney disease and required dialysis three times a week. The huge medical bills became a burden to his family.
He had suffered from diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure for many years and had undergone heart surgery.
He and his wife have four children who work for low incomes. His wife currently sells economic fried rice noodles at the market to help support the family financially.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.
