單身老翁蔡南守突然暈倒，送院搶救後不治，親友尋求七里香衆人施棺組援助老翁身後事。
往生者蔡南守（CHUAH LAM CHEW），享年61歲。他生前是在浮羅交怡工作，是載貨司機，收入不高。
蔡氏是因爲突然暈倒，送院搶救往生。剖驗報告是指他心臟病發暴斃。
七里香接獲往生者蔡南守的親友求助，為蔡南守辦理身後事，讓他早日安息。
本會受到家屬委托，全程處理蔡南守的身後事，包括領尸、設靈、超度、擧殯、一站式的施棺援助，讓往生者得以善終。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 254
The sixty-years-old single man suddenly fainted and died after being sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. Qi Li Xiang Charity‘ coffin group provided coffin and Funeral assistance to handling the coffin and funeral of the man.
The deceased, CHUAH LAM CHEW (61 years old), before he worked as cargo driver in Pulau Langkawi and his income was low.
Due to suddenly fainted, CHUAH LAM CHEW was sent to emergency treatment. The autopsy report stated that he died of a heart attack.
His relatives came to Qi Li Xiang Charity asked Qi Li Xiang Charity to provides coffin and funeral affair assistance.
Qi Li Xiang Charity decided to handled the coffin and funeral of CHUAH LAM CHEW, and was entrusted by the CHUAH’ family member to handle whole process of LAM CHEW coffin and funeral, such as collecting the body, setting up the spirit, funeral, and columbarium.
Who are willing to donate the coffin & funeral expenses, may remit the donation to the bank account of Qi Li Xiang Charity or via Touch N Go e-wallet.
