六旬老翁王星明因急性失代偿性心力衰竭往生，遗下妻女无能力为他办理身后事，七里香众人施棺组为他处理身后事。
往生者王星明（ONG SENG MENG），享年68岁。他是退休人士，之前曾做过房地产中介，其妻子则是家庭主妇。
王星明日前感到身体不适，家人送他到医院检查后突然情况恶化不治，死亡报告为急性失代偿性心力衰竭。
王氏与妻子育有一名女儿，女儿刚刚出来创业，收入不稳定，因此向七里香慈善基金会求助。
本会为王星明处理身后事，包括协助领尸、设灵、举殡、火化等，一站式的施棺援助，让往生者得以善终。

The Sixty-year-old man passed away due to DECOMPENSATED HEART FAILURE WITH UNDERLYING HFREF & IHD, his wife and daughter unable to handle his funeral affairs, Qi Li Xiang Charity’ coffin group to help deal coffin and funeral’affairs of the man.
The deceased, ONG SENG MENG (68 years old). He is a retiree, a former real estate agent, and his wife is a housewife.
ONG felt unwell a few days ago, and his family members sent him to the hospital for an examination. His condition suddenly deteriorated and he died. The death report was DECOMPENSATED HEART FAILURE WITH UNDERLYING HFREF & IHD.
ONG and his wife have a daughter who has just started a business and her income is not stable, so she seek the Qi Li xiang Charity for help.
The Qi Li Xiang decided to handle ONG SENG MENG’s funeral affairs, including including assisting in collecting the remains, setting up a spirit, funeral, and columbarium.
