生病卧床多年的七旬老翁涂记和，日前突然离世，遗下行动不便的老伴及一名女儿，他们家境贫穷，七里香众人施棺组为老翁处理身后事。
往生者涂记和（THOR TUAH ENG），享年73岁。他生病躺在病床上已经很多年，妻子也是行动不便人士，两夫妻育有一名女儿。
女儿为了照顾两老而无法工作，他们一家平时是靠亲友、左邻右舍及福利部援助过活。
躺在病床上的涂老日前突然逝世，叫妻女一时不知所措，没能力为他办理身后事。
七里香慈善基金会接获求助后，为涂记和处理身后事，包括协助设灵、举殡、火化等，一站式的施棺援助，让往生者得以善终。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 304
The 73-years-old old man who had been ill and bedridden for many years, passed away suddenly a few days ago, leaving behind his mobility wife and a daughter, because of their family was poor, Qi Li Xiang Charity’ coffin group to help deal coffin and funeral’affairs of the old man.
The deceased, THOR TUAH ENG (73 years old). He has been sick in bed for many years, and his wife is also a person with reduced mobility. The couple have a daughter.
The daughter is unable to work to take care of the elderly. The family usually relies on relatives, friends, neighbors and assistance from the Welfare Department.
THOR TUAH ENG, who was lying on the hospital bed, passed away suddenly a few days ago, leaving his wife and daughter at a loss for a while, unable to handle his funeral affairs.
The Qi Li Xiang decided to handle THOR TUAH ENG’s funeral affairs, including assisting in collecting the remains, setting up a spirit, funeral, and columbarium.
