中风患者张耀雄病情恶化离世，七里香众人施棺组为他施棺殓葬。
往生者张耀雄（CHEONG YOU HONG），得年58岁。
张耀雄是单身汉，在4名兄弟姐妹中排行第二，患病前是罗里司机。
据了解，他患有高血压，过后不幸中风而无法工作。
日前他病情恶化，也无法进食，不久后离世，死因是脑萎缩、小血管缺血伴急性肾损伤败血症。
家属们因经济拮据，於是找上七里香慈善基金会，要求本会为张耀雄处理身后事。
本会受到家属的委托，全程处理张耀雄的身后事，包括协助领尸、设灵、举殡及火化，一站式的施棺援助，让往生者得以善终。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 380
The stroke patient’s condition worsened and passed away. the Qi Li Xiang Charity ‘coffin team to help deal coffin and funeral’affairs of the man.
The deceased, CHEONG YOU HONG (58 years old). He is single and the second among four brothers and sisters. Before becoming ill, he was a lorry driver.
It is understood that he suffered from high blood pressure and unfortunately suffered a stroke and was unable to work.
His condition worsened a few days ago and he was unable to eat and passed away. The cause of death was brain atrophy, small vessel ischemia and acute kidney injury sepsis.
Due to financial constraints, the family members approached the Qi Li Xiang Charity and asked the association to handle CHEONG’s funeral affairs.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity was entrusted to handle the entire process of CHEONG YOU HONG’s funeral affairs, including assisting in collecting the remains, setting up a spirit, funeral and cremation etc.
