中年妇女黄秀莲跌倒往生，其丈夫经济能力有限，于是求助七里香众人施棺组，为往生者办理施棺后事。
往生者黄秀莲（WONG SIEW LIAN），得年51岁。她的丈夫是中国籍人士，两人膝下没有儿女。
黄秀莲患病前是家庭清洁女工，她不幸在两年前中风，过后就无法工作，其丈夫是从事厨房工作。
她最近有抽筋的病况，日前她独自到屋外走动，没料到病情发作而跌倒路旁去世。剖验报告指，她也患有三高病症。
其丈夫因为经济能力不佳，于是找上七里香慈善基金会，要求为黄秀莲办理身后事。
本会受到家属委托，全程处理黄秀莲的身后事，包括协助领尸、设灵、举殡、火化等，一站式的施棺援助，让往生者得以善终。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 413
The 51-years-old woman was fell and passed away. Due to her husband had limited financial resources, the Qi Li Xiang Charity’s coffin team to help deal coffin and funeral’ affairs of the woman.
The deceased, WONG SIEW LIAN (51 years old), His husband which is from China and they have no children.
SIEW LIAN was a household cleaner. Unfortunately, she suffered a stroke two years ago and has been unable to work since then. Her husband works in the kitchen.
She had a cramp recently. A few days ago, she went out alone and fell to the side of the road and died. The autopsy report showed that she also suffered high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol.
Since her husband have financial problem, he approached the Qi Li Xiang Charity and asked the Charity to handle SIEW LIAN’s funeral affairs.
The Qi Li Xiang Charity was entrusted to handle the whole process of WONG SIEW LIAN’s funeral affairs, including assisting in collecting the remains, setting up a spirit, funeral, cremation and etc.
Who wish to donate the coffin & funeral expenses, may remit the donation to the bank account of Qi Li Xiang Charity or via Touch N Go ewallet.
